Carlton Lifesaving Club meets at Carlton Forum on a Saturday afternoon.
17:00 to 18:00.
Survive and Save.
Bronze Medallion for people aged 13 and above. (12 if they have completed the Rookie Awards)
Rookie Life Guard is aimed at 8 – 12 years old that are interested in Life Guarding and life Saving.
Prerequisite is that members must be able to swim 2 lengths on their front and 2 lengths on their back.
These awards also cover the GCSE Swimming requirements for PE as well as the Bronze level for the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme

Membership is due on 1st May 2023 and a payment of £35 (£10 for siblings) is required before the end of the month. This can be paid by bank transfer or by cash / cheque, at the desk on a Saturday. Along with the membership payment, you do need to complete a new membership form before the end of May, to ensure we have up to date details.
Weekly fees will remain at £5 a week, or £15 per month, payable by direct debit
